FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely, to irreversible electroporation (IRE). The system includes the installation of the initial IRE protocol for applying IRE pulses by means of catheter electrodes placed in contact with the tissue of the organ. After determining that the initial IRE protocol will presumably lead to the formation of bubbles in the blood, a notification is issued to the user. User input data on the choice between the initial IRE protocol and an alternative protocol which presumably will not lead to the formation of bubbles, supplied in response to the notification, are received from the user. IRE pulses are applied in accordance with the initial IRE protocol or the alternative IRE protocol depending on the user input data.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides an increase in the reliability of irreversible electroporation systems for preventing the formation of bubbles.
