SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermoelectric energy conversion, in particular to a thermoelectric material in the form of a Bi2Te3-Sb2Te3-Sb2Se3-Bi2Se3 solid solution containing alloying additives. Thermoelectric material in the form of solid solutions (Bi2Te3)(15-94)-(Sb2Te3)(60-85)-(Sb2Se3)(0-10)-(Bi2Se3)(5.9-14) contains germanium dopant in the amount of 0 .01-0.12 wt. % and a dopant of chlorine, bromine or iodine in the amount of 0.01-0.19 wt.% or dopant lead in the amount of 0-0.1 wt.%.

EFFECT: increase in physical and mechanical strength.
