FIELD: immunology; medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to immunology and medicine, in particular to derivatives of protein fused with Fc, directed against HIV. A derivative of protein fused with Fc contains, in the direction from N- to C-end: (a) extracellular domains D1 and D2 of human CD4, (b) Fc-site of human IgG1 containing at least one of M428L or N434S point mutations, (c) grouping selected from linker polypeptide (GGGGS)n, where 1≤n≤10, SEQ ID NO:5-9 and combinations thereof, and (d) polypeptide originating from motifs of the heptad repeat 2 (HR2) gp41. Nucleic acid, a vector and a host cell expressing the specified derivatives of protein fused with Fc, as well as their therapeutic and diagnostic applications in healthcare are also proposed. Derivatives of protein fused with Fc are characterized by: (1) blocking the penetration of the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) into host cells, (2) inducing effector functions due to the activation of natural killer (NK) and other cells of the immune system, (3) producing in mammalian cells with high yield, and (4) having prolonged antiviral and immunomodulating activity in vivo.

EFFECT: obtaining derivatives of protein fused with Fc with high double activity.
