FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, specifically to recombinant production of Fc-constructs, and can be used in medicine to reduce the immune response in treating an inflammatory, autoimmune or immune disease. Disclosed is an Fc-construct comprising a) a first polypeptide comprising first and second monomers of the Fc-domain connected by a linker; b) a second polypeptide comprising third and fourth Fc domain monomers connected by a linker; c) a third polypeptide comprising a fifth Fc domain monomer; and d) a fourth polypeptide comprising a sixth Fc domain monomer. First and fifth monomers of the Fc domain are combined to form a first Fc domain; second and fourth monomers of the Fc domain are combined to form a second Fc domain; third and sixth monomers of the Fc domain are combined to form a third Fc domain.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain an Fc-construct with reduced binding to the Fc-receptor.
