METHOD FOR DETERMINING INDICATIONS FOR SURGICAL DECOMPRESSION IN INTRA-ABDOMINAL HYPERTENSION IN PATIENTS WITH PANCREATONECROSIS WITH CARDIOPULMONARY COMORBIDITY Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B5/29 A61B5/21 A61B5/91 A61B5/83

Abstract RU 2774856 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgery. Degree of intra-abdominal hypertension is determined; if observing degree III and IV intra-abdominal hypertension, the patient undergoes decompression laparotomy. In patients with I and II degree of intra-abdominal hypertension, parameters of cardiac and pulmonary activity are additionally determined. Obtained values are compared with the value of each of the parameters obtained on the first day upon admission to the hospital, and if the values of at least three of the found parameters deteriorate from the values obtained on the first day when admitted to the hospital, a decision is made on the need for surgical decompression.

EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in the patients suffering pancreatic necrosis with cardiopulmonary comorbidity complicated by intra-abdominal hypertension.
