FIELD: chemical technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of chemical technology and relates to the technology of heating and evaporation of liquid, including corrosive media. The method for heating and evaporating liquid corrosive media consists in using an external electromagnetic field and an inductively coupled diamagnetic non-metallic core, susceptible to this field, immersed in a working medium, placed in a container made of a material resistant to the working medium at operating parameters and transparent to the outside electromagnetic field, while the external electromagnetic field induces eddy currents in the core, it heats up and transfers thermal energy to the working medium, as a result of which it heats up and evaporates. For heating the core and primary excitation of the molecules of the working medium, equipment is used that generates external electromagnetic fields, and is also made of materials inert with respect to the working medium, which ensures heating and evaporation of liquid corrosive working media while maintaining their chemical purity.
EFFECT: invention provides an increase in the efficiency of heating and evaporation of the working medium, as well as an increase in the service life of the structural elements of the equipment, maintainability of the apparatus and ensuring the chemical purity of the working medium.
