FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biochemistry, in particular to polypeptide, which redirects T-cells for the destruction of CD123-expressing cells. A structure for redirecting T-cells, containing the specified polypeptide; nucleic acid encoding the specified polypeptide or the specified structure; an expression vector and a host cell, containing the specified nucleic acid; and a composition containing the specified polypeptide are also disclosed. A method for the production of the specified polypeptide is disclosed.
EFFECT: invention has a capability of effective treatment of diseases associated with CD123-expressing cells.
