SUBSTANCE: winter fishing rod includes a handle, a reel and a blank. The handle is made of solid plastic foam and has a U-shape with rounded edges. The reel is attached to the handle recess plane. The blank is adhered into the front of the handle parallel to the upper plane of the handle. In another variant, the blank is adhered into the front of the handle at a downwards inclination relative to the upper plane of the handle.
EFFECT: group of inventions reduces the weight of the fishing rod while increasing the operating characteristics.
