SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to physiotherapy, neurology, oncology, and can be used in medical and prophylactic and sanatorium-and-spa institutions in the treatment of patients with cytostatic-induced peripheral polyneuropathy (CIPPN). To do this, exposure to a high-intensity pulsed magnetic field (HIMF) is carried out on the affected areas of the limbs. Consistently, 6 modes of exposure are applied to each of the affected areas during one procedure. Initially 5 Hz are applied for 30 seconds, pulse/pause ratio 1:1, next 30 seconds 1 Hz is applied, pulse/pause ratio 1:1, 2 minutes 10 Hz are used, pulse/pause ratio 12:6, 1 1 minute a frequency of 1 Hz is used, a pulse/pause ratio of 1:1, 2 minutes a frequency of 10 Hz is used, a pulse/pause ratio of 12:6. At the end of the procedure, a frequency of 1 Hz is applied for 1 minute, the pulse/pause ratio is 1:1. In this case, the intensity value on the surface of the applicator coil is changed in the following mode: during the first procedure, the intensity of the magnetic induction is 200 mT, the second - 300 mT, the third - 400 mT, the fourth - 500 mT, from the fifth to the tenth - 600 mT. The exposure time for the procedure is 14 minutes, 7 minutes for each affected limb, for a course of 10 procedures performed every other day.

EFFECT: method provides correction of functional disorders, improvement of microcirculation and sensitivity, analgesic effect and improvement of the quality of life of patients with CIPPN in the absence of side effects, without additional use of medicines and other methods of exposure, with a fairly short course (10 procedures every other day).
