FIELD: mechanical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of mechanical engineering. The shock absorber in the mechanism for laying out the aerodynamic surfaces contains two shock absorbers made in the form of a conical connection. The gap between the cones is filled with a plastic material, such as tin-lead solder, which, in a molten state, fills the space between the cones. The cones have grooves orthogonal to the axes of the cones. A split spring washer is inserted into one of the grooves, which, when the cones move mutually, penetrates into the groove of the second cone. These grooves are filled with compacted solder during its plastic deformation, which absorbs the impact energy. The cone of the first shock absorber is rigidly connected to the body of the turning mechanism and to the drive rod for turning the airfoil. The cones of the second shock absorber are rigidly connected to the horizontal shaft and to its movement limiter.
EFFECT: reduction of shock load, oscillatory movements and gaps is achieved.
