METHOD FOR SAMPLING THE COMPLEX "PANCREAS-DUODENUM WITH MAIN AND EXTRAORGANIC VESSELS" DURING AUTOPSY Russian patent published in 2022 - IPC A61B16/00

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to human morphology and anatomy. The complex "pancreas-duodenum with main and extraorganic vessels" is taken after extraction of the organ complex according to Shore during autopsy. To do this, the spleen is mobilized. Next, the interfascial fissure of the retroperitoneal space between the retrocolic fascia and the prerenal fascia is exposed. Next, the spleen with the tail of the pancreas fixed to it due to the splenic-pancreatic ligament is displaced in the direction of the abdominal aorta, while exfoliating the emerging complex "spleen-body and tail of the pancreas with the splenic artery, vein and retropancreatic tissue" from the retroperitoneal and pararenal tissue through the interfascial slot. Next, the transverse colon and its mesentery are cut off along the root of the latter. The mobilization of the duodenum is performed. The emerging complex "duodenum-head of the pancreas with the main and extraorganic vessels" is peeled off from the perirenal and paravasal tissue, passing in the interfascial gap between the prerenal fascia and Treitz's fascia. At the final stage of the collection of the complex, the stomach and jejunum are cut off, the hepatoduodenal ligament, the celiac trunk and the superior mesenteric artery at the level of the mouths are crossed.

EFFECT: method allows to obtain a complex "pancreas-duodenum with main and extraorganic vessels" with a minimum amount of adipose tissue for studying the normal, topographic, constitutional, age and pathological anatomy of the pancreas and its vascular basin, as well as for conducting experimental and clinical work in practical abdominal surgery.
