FIELD: thermal power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of thermal power engineering and is intended for use in thermal power plants. To maintain the optimal temperature of the cyclic atmospheric air for a gas turbine installation, an absorption refrigerating machine (ARM) is included in the thermal circuit of the thermal power plant, connected via the cooling medium to the cooled circulating water pipeline, via the heating medium to the gas duct after the recovery boiler, and via the cooled water to the surface heat exchanger integrated into the duct of the cyclic atmospheric air for a gas turbine installation.
EFFECT: increase in the efficiency of a thermal power plant by constantly maintaining the optimal temperature of cyclic atmospheric air for a gas turbine installation without additional electricity costs for the heat pump system drive.
