FIELD: power engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering and can be used at thermal power plants. Disclosed is a power plant steam-gas plant comprising a gas turbine plant consisting of a gas turbine, a turbo compressor, a combustion chamber and an electric generator, waste heat boiler, steam turbine plant consisting of a steam turbine with a condenser, an electric generator and a feed pump, a heat exchanger-heat recovery unit for exhaust combustion products, equipped with a condensate collector with a hydraulic lock, recirculating water supply system includes circulating pump, pressure pipeline to condenser of steam turbine and heat exchanger-heat recovery unit for exhaust combustion products and drain pressure pipeline to cooling tower consisting of exhaust tower and water collection basin. To increase reliability and economy of operation, steam-gas plant of power plant is additionally equipped with tank-reservoir for collection of desalinated water - condensate of water vapours, evolved in waste heat exchanger from natural gas combustion exhaust gases in process of their cooling below dew point, to which is connected pump, pressure side connected on the pressure side to combustion chamber of gas turbine plant for supply to its active zone of desalinated water combustion, wherein for desalinated water spraying in combustion chamber of gas turbine plant, pressure generated by pump in water line upstream of combustion chamber must exceed pressure of compressed air compressed in turbo compressor by 0.4–0.5 MPa. In addition, in order to preserve the desalinated water purity heat exchanger-heat exchanger of exhaust combustion products, condensate collector with hydraulic lock, tank-reservoir for collection of desalinated water and water supply line connecting pump discharge pipe to combustion chamber of gas turbine plant are made of stainless steel.

EFFECT: technical result is higher reliability and efficiency of combined-cycle power plant.
