A method for operation of a combined-cycle plant of a power plant is proposed, through which atmospheric air is supplied to the turbocompressor of a gas turbine plant, where it is compressed to the required pressure, the air compressed in the turbocompressor is divided into primary and secondary, primary air and organic fuel are fed into the combustion chamber of a gas turbine plant, where the combustion process is carried out organic fuel with the formation of combustion products heated to a high temperature, the combustion products are mixed with secondary air, the gases formed during the mixing process are sent to the gas turbine, the gas expansion process is carried out in the gas turbine and the work of the gas turbine cycle is performed, expended on driving the turbocharger and electric generator, which have been used up in gas turbine gases are sent to the waste heat boiler, where, in the process of cooling gases in the heat exchange surface, water vapor is generated, water vapor is supplied to the steam turbine, the process of expansion of water vapor is carried out in the steam turbine and the useful work of the steam-power cycle is performed, expended on driving an electric generator, the water vapor exhausted in the steam turbine is removed to the condenser, where, in the process of heat exchange with circulating water, water vapor is condensed, the exhaust gases after the waste heat boiler are sent to the exhaust gas heat exchanger, where they are cooled below the dew point with circulating water supplied by the circulation pump through the pressure pipeline, while the water vapor contained in the exhaust gas gases in a superheated state, condense, the condensate of water vapor released from the exhaust gases during their cooling below the dew point is sent to the demineralized water tank, and the exhaust gases after the exhaust gas heat exchanger are discharged into the atmosphere, the circulating water after the steam turbine condenser and the exhaust gas heat exchanger is sent to a cooling tower with natural draft for cooling with atmospheric air, water vapor condensate released from the exhaust gases during their cooling below the dew point in the exhaust gas heat exchanger, from the reservoir tank, through a stainless steel water pipe, it is fed into the flow of steam moving in the exhaust pipe of the exhausted steam turbine, while the injection of water vapor condensate at a temperature of 30–35°C into the flow of exhausted in the turbine, water vapor having a temperature of 32.9–39.0°C at a pressure of 0.005–0.007 MPa is carried out by means of nozzles connected to the water distribution manifold.

EFFECT: increasing the reliability and efficiency of the combined cycle plant of the power plant.
