In the non-working position, the exerciser is located inside the room decor element masking the exerciser, under the canvas: the exerciser does not protrude beyond the frame of the room decor element horizontally and vertically, as well as beyond the plane of the room decor element; at the same time, in the working position, it is a full-fledged sports exerciser, consisting of a horizontal bar and bars, which provides the user with the opportunity to perform a wide range of physical exercises. The exerciser includes a frame of the exerciser, a horizontal bar, bars, a frame of a room decor element and a canvas of a room decor element. The frame of the exerciser contains in the upper part a hinged horizontal bar, made with the possibility of moving the free side of the horizontal bar up, above the frame of the exerciser, to the working position and rigid fastening relative to the frame of the exerciser, the frame has a pair of L-shaped retractable bars in the lower part, made with the ability to move in a vertical plane, rotate in a plane parallel to the upper and lower horizontal sides of the exerciser frame, move to the working position, and the possibility of rigid fastening relative to the frame of the exerciser in working and non-working positions, and in the non-working position of the exerciser contains removable elements of the bars and removable elements of the horizontal bar, fixed on the frame of the exerciser using holders. EFFECT: creating a wall-mounted folding exerciser built into a room decor element, which in its non-working position looks like a room decor element (picture, poster, tapestry, etc.), does not occupy a single square millimeter of area in the room, does not require a special place for placement or storage, does not interfere with movement in the room for the user, and in the working position is a full-fledged exerciser, consisting of a horizontal bar and bars, providing the user with the opportunity to perform a wide range of physical exercises.
