FIELD: footwear.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stable polymer composition for manufacturing an element of the toe part of footwear, intended to provide high-quality protection of the toes of a worker of the mining industry. The composition used for manufacturing a toe puff, wherein the secondary textile is nylon 100, an alkyl-pyrrolidone plasticiser 5 to 50, maleic anhydrite 0.4 to 1, barium stearate 0.4 to 1.8, cadmium stearate 0.4 to 1.8, stearic acid 0.09 to 0.8, glycol 0.9 to 10, soot up to 5, ammonium phosphate 0.4 to 1.
EFFECT: improvement in the consumer properties of the toe puff due to the high properties of the applied material, including acceptable elasticity, heat resistance, resistance of the secondary nylon to deformation and exposure to chemical reagents, increase in the wear resistance, imparted fire-protective properties to the composition of secondary textiles.
