FIELD: rubber processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for the recovery of waste and substandard raw rubber. The method consists in using a composition consisting of a regenerating agent: zinc oxide, ammonium benzoate, antimony pentoxide; modifiers: stearic acid, sulphur; technological additives: lignosulphonate, in the following ratio of components, pts. wt.: waste and substandard raw rubber - 100; regenerating agent - 2.0-4.0: zinc oxide 1.0-2.0, ammonium benzoate 0.5-1.0, antimony pentoxide 0.5-1.0; stearic acid 1.0-2.0, sulphur 0.5-1.0, lignosulphonate 0.1-1.0.
EFFECT: reduction of production costs, improvement of the quality of the finished material and improvement of the environmental situation.
