FIELD: medicine; neurosurgery; traumatology.

SUBSTANCE: biocompatible tube is implanted in a site of peripheral nerve rupture. One end of the torn nerve is fixed in it. The tube is filled with an aqueous solution including exogenous heat shock protein Hsp70 with a concentration of 500-900 nm/ml and collagen type I and/or III. The other end of the torn nerve is fixed in the tube.

EFFECT: method allows for the stimulation of nerve functioning reduction, and decrease in neuron degeneration after its extended rupture, while using as preparation ingredients compounds not showing a toxic effect.
