METHOD OF OBTAINING BIOLOGICAL ANALOGUE OF PERIPHERAL NERVE IN EXPERIMENT Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC G09B23/28 A61F2/02 A61L27/36 A61P25/02

Abstract RU 2815265 C1

FIELD: regenerative medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of obtaining a biological analogue of a peripheral nerve in an experiment. The method of obtaining a biological analogue of a peripheral nerve in an experiment, including taking dermis samples from the surface of pig skin, differs in the following way: dermis samples are frozen at a temperature of -(70÷ 80)°C with subsequent defrosting, the samples are treated with a 3.2–5.0% alkaline solution of sodium hydroxide at room temperature at a hydromodulus of 1:5 for 20–24 hours, after which they are washed in 0.05% acetic acid to a neutral pH value for 35–40 hours and fill the NeuraGen collagen tube (INTEGRA, USA).

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a new biological conduit, which eliminates tension in the area of connection of the damaged section of the nerve, which leads to a reduction in the recovery time of the nerve, a decrease in the number of postoperative complications, and the invention also eliminates the use of synthetic materials.
