FIELD: coloring agents.

SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in obtaining fluorescent images on rigid materials or flexible materials that are not subject to bending. Fluorescent ink includes fluorescent dyes, acryloyl morpholine and 2-phenoxyethylacrylate as monofunctional acrylic monomers and dipropylene glycol diacrylate as difunctional acrylic monomers, a component for photochemical initiation of radical polymerization and a polymerization inhibitor. Fluorescent ink has a Brookfield viscosity of 8-25 cPs at 25°C and surface tension of 30-40 mN/m at 25°C. A method for making fluorescent ink is also proposed.

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain fluorescent ink with a bright visual effect, having good adhesion to non-absorbent materials, a low odor level, the ability to print on the surfaces of rigid materials, reduce the duration of the manufacturing process and energy consumption.
