SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of cosmetology and pharmaceutics, namely to a pharmaceutical combination for the improvement of bioavailability of unsubstituted diindolylmethane (hereinafter – DIM), containing the first component containing CYP450 enzyme modulator, and the second component containing unsubstituted diindolylmethane. In this case, CYP450 enzyme modulator contains quercetin. At the same time, the first component and the second component are in separate dosage forms. Moreover, the first component contains from about 100 mg to about 1000 mg of CYP450 enzyme inhibitor, and the second component contains from about 15 mg to about 100 mg of unsubstituted diindolylmethane. At the same time, a mass ratio between CYP450 enzyme inhibitor and unsubstituted diindolylmethane is from about 15:1 to 10:1.

EFFECT: invention provides improved bioavailability of DIM due to joint administration with quercetin.
