SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of medicine and cosmetic industry, namely to a composition for the treatment of acne or skin inflammation, containing: (a) the first component containing a substituted or unsubstituted compound of 3,3'-diindolylmethane, having the following structure:
and (b) the second component containing a compound of vitamin A, wherein the ratio (mg:mkg) between the first and the second components is between 10:3000 and 500:200. The group of inventions also relates to a pharmaceutical kit for the treatment of acne or skin inflammation, containing the first component and the second component of the composition, wherein the kit is intended for separate, simultaneous or subsequent introduction of the first and the second components. The group of inventions also relates to a method for the production of a composition, including mixing of the first component with the second component to form the composition.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides for the development of a composition, in which diindolylmethane (DIM), when combined with specific thoroughly selected synergetic components, has a significant effect in the treatment and prevention of such skin pathologies.
