FIELD: powder metallurgy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to powder metallurgy, in particular to the production of copper nanoparticles. Can be used in agriculture as a dietary supplement. An aqueous solution containing copper chloride or acetate is mixed in an amount of 0.05-3 wt.%, as a stabilizer chitosan or polyvinylpyrrolidone in the amount of 1-7 wt.%, as a reducing agent ascorbic acid in the amount of 0.1-6 wt.%, and as a solvent 0.1-10 wt.% solution of acetic acid, or lactic acid, or succinic acid, or mixtures thereof. The resulting mixture is irradiated with microwave radiation until the formation of copper nanoparticles.

EFFECT: reduced synthesis time of stabilized copper nanoparticles, increased digestibility and antibacterial properties of nanoparticles.
