FIELD: veterinary.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and veterinary, namely to a method of producing a polymer-composite composition, consisting of copper nanoparticles in a matrix of a hyperbranched polyether polyol of third generation based on 2,2-dihydroxymethylpropanoic acid with 32 hydroxyl groups, comprising the steps of preorganizing the copper ions (II) in the copper sulfate in the matrix of said polyetherpolyol in a molar ratio CuSO4: polyetherpolyol in the first stage 1:16, maintaining the mixture with constant vigorous mixing for 3 hours and reducing the reaction mixture CuSO4-polyetherpolyol with a 5 % aqueous solution of hydrazine hydrate at pH 10 and mixing for 4 hours until a steady brown color appears; as well as to the polymer-composite composition obtained by this method, which has antimycotic activity against cultures of the genus Candida, Aspergillus and Penicillium with the ability to suppress the activity of Candida albicans proteinases.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides a polymer-composite composition in the form of a stable colloidal solution.
