SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a stilbene derivative of the chemical formula 1 or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt for the suppression of cyclophilin function and a pharmaceutical composition based on them. In the chemical formula 1, A is CRa, B is CRb, G is Cre, J is CRf, M is CRg, D, E, and L are CRh, Rx is H, Ra is a hydrogen atom or C1-C5 alkyl group, Rb is a hydrogen atom, Rc is -CH2C(CH3)3, Rd is COOH or -COOR5 (R5 is C1-C10 alkyl group or C3-C10 cycloalkyl group, where C1-C10 alkyl group can be substituted with at least one substituent selected from a group consisting of an amino group, C6-C12 aryl, C5-C10 heterocyclic group including nitrogen as a heteroatom, and C3-C10 cycloalkyl group), Re is a hydrogen atom, NH2, OH or C1-C10 alkyl group, Rf is a hydrogen atom, NH2, OH or C1-C4 alkyl group, Rg is a hydrogen atom, NH2, OH, C1-C10 alkyl group or -COORz (Rz is C1-C10), and Rh is a hydrogen atom, NH2, OH or C1-C5 alkyl group.
EFFECT: providing stilbene derivatives for the suppression of cyclophilin function.
