FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a compound of formula (I), in which A is 5-member heteroaryl with 2–4 nitrogen atoms, 5,6-bicyclic heteroaryl with 2–4 nitrogen atoms or 6-member heterocyclyl with 2 heteroatoms independently selected from nitrogen and oxygen, where A is attached through nitrogen and optionally substituted with 1–4 substitutes, each of which is independently selected from cyano, halogen, C1-C6-alkyl, C1-C6-halogenalkyl, C1-C6-alkoxy, -OC1-C6-halogenalkyl, -C(O)Ra, -C(O)ORa and -S(O)2Ra; each Ra is C1-C6-alkyl; L is -C (R3)(R3) -; R1 is hydrogen or C1-C6 alkyl; R2 is hydrogen, C1-C6 alkyl or C1-C6 haloalkyl; each R3 is hydrogen; R5 is hydrogen; and is a single bond. Invention also relates to use of compound of formula (I).

EFFECT: technical result is obtaining novel compounds of formula (I), having modulating GABA activity.
