, then formed reaction mixture is brought into contact with compound of formula 4, 
, to obtain a compound represented by formula 1. Also disclosed are a compound of formula 1, an intermediate compound of formula 5, use of compounds of formula 1 and formula 5. Method of the present invention enables avoiding complex synthesis of the complex and enables simple modification of the benzylidene ligand.
EFFECT: obtained compounds have proved to be excellent catalysts for olefin metathesis.
