FIELD: dentistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to bionic implants, in particular to dental implants and methods of their manufacture. An individual or template bionic implant has a one-piece anchor having at least two bionic shoulders (2) tapering in the circumference direction and forming at least one point (5) blade and/or linear (6) blade on each shoulder. According to the second embodiment of the implant, the one-piece anchor has at least two shoulders (2) with expansion to form at least one protrusion (4) on each of them. The manufacturing methods depend on the implant itself - individual or template implants selected from the digital library of standard implants. In all these cases, the physical shape of the anchor is printed on a 3D printer. In the case of an individual implant, the process begins with obtaining tomographic images of the biological environment. In the case of creating a new implant, the panoramic curve / panoramic curves and the panoramic surface are determined and the basis for the shoulders of the virtual implant anchor is made.
EFFECT: inventions make it possible to perform implantation in complex anatomical conditions without bone augmentation, achieve primary and secondary stabilization, and also reduce the load on the bones surrounding the implant due to a favorable force distribution.
