FIELD: metal forming.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of metal forming, in particular to pipe production. The plant comprises shaping rollers, a pipe working movement unit, a loading unit located relative to the shaping rollers on the opposite side from the pipe working movement unit, an unloading unit, a drive mechanism for radial movement of the forming roller axes relative to the device axis. The node of the working movement of the pipe is installed with the possibility of moving along the axis of the device together with the pipe or relative to the pipe and is made in the form of a slider with a drive and installed on the slider with the possibility of rotation around the axis of the capture device with its closing-opening drive. The node of the working movement of the pipe is made with the possibility of movement in the open and closed position of the grip. A drive mounted on the slider is provided, which provides forced rotation of the pipe. The rollers are installed in supports with the possibility of free self-alignment of the supports according to the angular position. An induction heater is placed in front of the body with rollers.
EFFECT: expansion of the range of helix angles of the pipe profile, profiling of thick-walled pipes without the use of a mandrel is provided.
