FIELD: molecular sieve technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve, its preparation and use. Silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieves (variants) are described, which are characterized by a schematic chemical composition expressed on a molar basis by the formula mSiO2•Al2O3•nP2O5, in which m represents the molar ratio of SiO2 and Al2O5 and is in the range, ranging from 0.005 to 0.15, and n represents the molar ratio of P2O5 and Al2O3 and is in the range of from 0.7 to 1.1, wherein the molecular sieves are characterized by an X-ray diffraction pattern exhibiting a relative intensity, and the use of said silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieves. The method for producing silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve (variants) includes the following steps: i) obtaining a silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve precursor, the precursor being characterized by an x-ray diffraction pattern exhibiting a relative intensity profile; ii) calcining the silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve precursor to obtain a silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve. Also described are molecular sieve compositions containing said silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve and binder and their use.
EFFECT: production of a new silicoaluminophosphate molecular sieve, characterized by a unique X-ray diffraction pattern and which should be suitable for use as an adsorbent, catalyst or catalyst carrier.
