FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of medicine, namely psychiatry, psychopharmacotherapy and psychophysiology, and can be used to objectify the undesirable effects of psychopharmacological drugs at the initial stage of pharmacotherapy of patients with mental disorders. To do this, on the basis of computerized systems of psychophysiological diagnostics of a person, an analysis of the profile of spontaneous motor activity of patients is performed, including psychophysiological monitoring of indicators of static and dynamic tremor, locomotor stability and perception. At the first stage, static tremorometry is performed, including a study of the frequency of pathological tremor (Fks1), physiological tremor (Fks2) and emotional tremor (Fks3), at the end of the stage, the average frequency indicators of all types of static tremor are evaluated. At the second stage, a study of the frequency of dynamic tremor (Fkd) is carried out, at the end of the stage, the average frequency of dynamic tremor is estimated. At the third stage, a tapping test is performed, and at the end of the stage, the frequency of touches at the initial (Fktt1) and final stages (Fktt2) is evaluated. At the fourth stage, the productivity of locomotor perception is evaluated using the test of passing holes with closed eyes, at the end of the stage, the frequency of correct hits in the holes (Fkp) is evaluated. After that, the obtained indicators are compared with the reference values in accordance with Table 1. In case of exceeding one or more indicators from Fks1, Fks2, Fks3, Fkd and/or reducing one or more indicators from Fktt1, Fktt2, Fkp with repeated measurements during therapy relative to reference values or relative to indicators before starting treatment, the appearance of undesirable effects of psychopharmacological drugs is established and psychopharmacotherapy is corrected.
EFFECT: method provides a non-invasive, sensitive and accessible for wide practical use early diagnosis of undesirable effects of psychopharmacological drugs, making it possible to register their latent and initial manifestations.
