FIELD: 3D printing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of 3D inkjet printing technology. The double extruder of the printhead includes a base, a stepper motor and a servo drive mounted on it. Two clamping levers connected by a spring are pivotally fixed on the base, on which driven feeding clamping gears are mounted, between which a leading feeding gear is installed, the axis of which is connected to a stepper motor. At the same time, a movable pendulum is placed on the axis of the stepper motor, at one end of which there is a curved plate with a toothed edge that engages with the teeth of a small gear with an axis connected to a servo drive. The other end of the pendulum is rounded and is located in the recess of the insert built into the rotary axis, on which the radiator of the thermal barriers is placed, to which the nozzles of the printheads are attached. In the lower part of the base there are flexible fixed valves that ensure the locking of one of the nozzles and the opening of the other nozzle when switching nozzles.
EFFECT: ability to automatically control the degree of clamping of the rod when changing plastic.
