FIELD: 3D printing.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to a method for the additive production of articles from polymers, in particular to a method for multi-nozzle 3D printing of an article using FFF and FDM technologies. The method includes printing one product simultaneously with several nozzles. Moreover, printing is performed by one printer, one print head, equipped with several simultaneously operating nozzles, made with the possibility of rotation around the axis of the hollow shaft, the movement of which is started by a stepper motor, by means of gear connection. Printing is carried out with plastic threads from one or different materials, simultaneously flowing through all nozzles, printing of the filling is carried out by turning the nozzles by the number of steps that ensures following the grid lines of the filling, and printing of the walls is carried out by changing the relative position of the nozzles relative to each other throughout the printing of curvilinear lines, with formation of a reinforced product.
EFFECT: reduction of time of 3D printing, increase of productivity of 3D printing and increase of strength of the product.
