FIELD: building materials.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the manufacture of fire-resistant plywood panels. The first surface of a plywood panel is ground in the first direction of grinding, which forms an angle of at least 30° with the first direction of wood fibers. After grinding of the first surface, a flame retardant is applied to the first surface having a temperature of at least 15°C. The plywood panel contains the first veneer layer containing the first surface of the plywood panel, so that all veneer layers of the plywood panel remain on one side of the first surface. The plywood panel contains the second veneer layer, so that all veneer layers of the plywood panel remain on one side of the second interface surface between the second veneer and coating or the second panel surface, wherein the second veneer layer contains the second surface. The plywood panel contains adhesive substance between the first veneer layer and the second veneer layer. The first surface contains traces indicating the grinding of the first surface of the plywood panel in the first direction of grinding. The first veneer layer contains at least 8 g/m2 of bound phosphorus.
EFFECT: fire resistance of plywood panels is improved.
