FIELD: coated plywood boards.
SUBSTANCE: such slabs can be used, for example, for flooring or for formwork when moulding concrete. The invention relates to a method for producing coated plywood boards. A coated plywood board is proposed having a length (lp), a width (wp) and a thickness (tp), where the thickness (tp) is less than the smaller dimension of the length (lp) and width (wp). The coated plywood board contains the first veneer layer, the second veneer layer and the third veneer layer, which are attached to each other using an adhesive, and the first coating. The first coating includes the first layer containing a cured resin and the second layer made of such plastic polymeric material that has a water absorption rate of at least 5 wt.% as measured in accordance with ASTM D570, obtaining an equilibrium value and using water with a temperature of 23°C and a melting point of at least 200°C. The first layer connects the second layer with the first layer of veneer, as a result of which the first coating forms the first surface of a coated plywood board.
