SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of biomedical simulation, in particular, to manufacture of models for ultrasonic examination of brain tissues and vessels. The method for manufacturing a phantom for transcranial ultrasonic examinations includes the manufacture of a body of the phantom using three-dimensional printing; the inner surface of the body is coated with a sealing and soundproofing material, fasteners for the vascular bed are manufactured, the vascular bed is manufactured using photolithography, tubes for supplying and discharging the blood-imitating fluid are secured on the body and connected to the vascular bed, liquid plastisol is poured into the body with the secured vascular bed, a model of the temporal bone is manufactured, the pre-manufactured model of the temporal bone is placed in the body over the soft tissue-imitating material, the space between the model of the temporal bone and the soft tissue-imitating material is filled with degassed water or a sound-conducting gel.

EFFECT: invention can be used for training specialists in ultrasound diagnostics of brain vessels, contrast-enhanced ultrasound examination, equipment testing, and creation of new diagnostic techniques and apparatus.
