SUBSTANCE: inventions group relates to medicine, namely to support lever devices for supporting a medical instrument. The device includes a support arm, a ball joint, a support part, a connecting component and a blocking device. The support arm has a first end, a second end, and a chamber extending from the first end to the second end, wherein the support arm defines a longitudinal axis. The ball joint is located at the first end of the support arm and includes a ball head and a ball seat. The support portion is located at the second end of the support arm. The connecting component is connected to the ball head and is made for connection with a medical instrument. The locking device includes a working element and a blocking element, located with the possibility of movement in the chamber and actuated by the working element in the direction in which the ball head is blocked by the blocking element. The ball seat includes a sleeve having a front stop for the ball head. The sleeve is mounted on the first end of the support arm in such a way that it can rotate around the longitudinal axis, but cannot move in the axial direction relative to the support arm. The rotation of the sleeve around the longitudinal axis relative to the support arm can be blocked. The stop has a friction surface for contact with the ball head. The ball head can be pressed by the blocking element against the friction surface of the stop, so that the rotation of the sleeve about the longitudinal axis of the support arm is blocked by friction.
EFFECT: simple adjustment of the medical instrument connected to the support lever device is achieved.
