SUBSTANCE: stated result is achieved due to the fact that the ground servicing base station of the user equipment receives the primary connection information and the configuration information of the air servicing base station from the air servicing base station of the user equipment; the ground servicing base station determines at least one interacting base station of the user equipment and the information on the characteristics of at least one secondary connection in accordance with the primary connection information and the configuration information of the air servicing base station; and the ground servicing base station transmits an indication information for establishing at least one secondary connection, the primary connection information and the configuration information of the ground servicing base station to the air servicing base station and at least one interacting base station.
