SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication. Disclosed are various methods, device and systems associated with detection and inactivity report UE. One exemplary method is performed by a distributed unit of a base station. Base station further comprises a centralized unit. Method comprises: monitoring (1002) activity of one or more radio bearers-data carriers, installed between distributed unit and user equipment for transfer of user data; and transmission (1004) to centralized unit of message with report, containing indication of activity of one or several radio channels-data carriers.
EFFECT: saving radio resources and reducing power consumption of UE (user equipment).
