FIELD: pipeline equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of pipeline transportation of oil, petroleum products, liquid chemical products, liquefied natural gas (LNG), gas condensate and other liquid, gaseous and fluid products. It is used as a part of loading arms, feeding, loading, reloading hoses, articulated pipelines and manipulators, loading levers for use at oil, chemical, gas terminals of sea and river ports, at sea between watercraft, and is also used in discharge-filling installations of railway tanks and road tankers, hose filling installations, bunkering installations for refueling of sea and river vessels, in space rocket refueling installations, fire hoses, as well as in installations for the shipment of food liquid products and connectors. The hinge joint of the pipelines contains a hinge having two structural flanges and two housings, each of which is made with at least two parallel ball raceways. One of the housings acts as a stator, the other as a rotor, where the ball raceway is made in a “V”-shaped arch type. In the stator and rotor housing there is an inert gas supply channel into the hinge cavity, and the seals themselves on the side of the transported product are located inside the hinge behind the shutter protrusion, and the hinge itself has a leak inspection hole making it possible to install a leak detection sensor.
EFFECT: creation of a hinge joint with a large load-bearing capacity, also capable of withstanding large axial and radial loads, as well as ensuring tightness.
