FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to obstetrics, and can be used to predict fetal growth retardation (FGR) in early pregnancy. To do this, in the first trimester of pregnancy, the anamnestic data of the pregnant woman are determined: age, serial number of this pregnancy, the number of childbirth in the anamnesis, artificial abortions, cases of miscarriage, taking into account the method for conception: natural or with the help of assisted reproductive technologies, tobacco use, the presence of uterine fibroids, the presence scar on the uterus; anthropometric data are evaluated and the body mass index of the pregnant woman is calculated, ultrasonic and biochemical indicators of the screening of the first trimester are determined: thickness of the collar space - TVP, average pulsation index of the uterine arteries - PI MA, protein A associated with pregnancy - PAPP-A, beta subunit of the chorionic gonadotropin - β-hCG, placental growth factor - P1GF, and the indicators determined during the non-invasive prenatal test are taken into account - the level of the fetal fraction - FF in% and the sex of the fetus, after which the prognostic index F is calculated according to the developed mathematical formula. At F>-0.5, the risk of IGR is considered low, and at F≤-0.5, the risk of IGR is considered high.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to timely identify pregnant risk groups for the formation of FGR in early pregnancy, which makes it possible to develop pregnancy management tactics, the term and method for delivery in women of this group.
