FIELD: hydraulics.
SUBSTANCE: selection system (100) for hydraulic circuits comprises: a cylinder selection unit (120); a database (DB8) where information related to a combination of multiple apparatus is pre-recorded; combination selection units (124A, 124B) for reading information related to a combination of multiple apparatus by size from the database and selecting an apparatus; and reselection units (128A, 128B) for reselecting an apparatus larger by one size when the stroke time resulting from modelling made using part of the apparatus selected by the combination selection unit exceeds the upper limit of stroke time, or when the pressure after the return process is less than or equal to the minimum working pressure.
EFFECT: reduction in the time for return of the hydraulic (pneumatic) cylinder to the maximum possible degree and consumption of energy by reusing the discharge pressure to return the hydraulic (pneumatic) cylinder, as well as simplification of the circuit for return of the hydraulic (pneumatic) cylinder due to the reuse of discharge pressure.
