Moreover, the flexible groove includes the specified part of the substrate and the channel section contained therein and is configured to be deflected relative to the planar substrate from a non-deviated position, in which the flexible groove is essentially coplanar with the planar substrate, to a deflected position, in which part of the flexible groove is no longer aligned with the planar substrate. essentially a coplanar planar substrate.
