FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. An apparatus comprises a case, first and second fluid flow exciters each accommodating a tube and first and second nozzles. The tube specifies a passage forming a central axis. The first and second nozzles are connected with the tube, and each specifies an inlet end and an outlet end. The inlet ends are opened to a fluid source while the outlet ends are opened to the passage. The nozzles are arranged so that flow axes are nonparallel to each other and to the central axis.
EFFECT: configuration enables facilitating the shedding of vortices during an expiratory phase that makes fluid jet flow fracture easier and reduces the patients' respiratory activity.
