FIELD: lifting devices.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to lifting devices. The vertical lift includes a lifting column. The column contains a housing formed in the form of a rectangular parallelepiped of an open contour, inside which a movable carriage movable up and down from the drive with anti-friction front and rear sliders is mounted, and the front panel of the housing. The carriage is connected to a cantilevered loading platform. The body of the lifting column is made from a sheet metal billet by sequential four-sided bending of the left and right sides of the billet, forming a rectangular flanging of the body walls with the formation of through vertical rectangular cavities of an open contour on their periphery. The configuration of the cavities is identical to the configuration of the contour of the profile of the front sliders, made with the possibility of being placed in the above cavities, as in the guides during the assembly installation of the lift. The thickness of the walls of the case and the front panel lies in the range of 1.5-2.5 mm.
EFFECT: reduced weight of the hoist column body while maintaining the required structural rigidity.
