SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology of processing raw materials of natural origin, in particular, raw materials from red deer, to obtain biologically active crushed dry material. The method for processing raw materials from red deer includes grinding of raw materials and drying to obtain powder. As components of the feedstock, red deer antlers with hair, red deer skin, red deer tails, red deer bones with periosteum and residual fat are used. The grinding of the components of the feedstock is carried out to a fraction of 2-3 centimeters. Then water is added to the crushed raw materials and the resulting mixture is subjected to vibration treatment in the infrasound frequency range for 20-22 days with alternating modes of oscillation of the current “sinusoid”, which is carried out at a repeating wavelength with a frequency of periodic oscillations in the range of 1-10 Hz for 9-11 minutes, and “saw”, which is carried out with a frequency of periodic oscillations in the range of 1-5 Hz for 15-20 minutes. The interval between modes is 10-45 minutes. As a result of processing in the infrasound frequency range, a water-dispersed emulsion is obtained, which is dried at a temperature of 30-55°C for 2-3 days to obtain a powder.

EFFECT: method for processing raw materials from red deer provides waste-free use of raw materials without sorting it to obtain a high-quality biologically active product due to the complete destruction of the raw materials.
