SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to dentistry, and can be used to lift a maxillary sinus mucosa before dental implantation. Alveolar ridge crest and a mucous-periosteal graft are incised. Bed under the implant is formed to the bottom of a maxillary sinus. Integrity of the membrane of the bottom of the maxillary sinus is checked, the bed of the implant is filled with blood. Implant is inserted into a bed. Mucous membrane of the maxillary sinus bottom is lifted with blood.
EFFECT: method provides safe simple and minimally invasive mucosal elevation of the maxillary sinus by the disclosed technique.
