SUBSTANCE: inventions relates to the automotive industry, namely to additional equipment installed directly on a car, and to a method for installing it. The kit includes an electric drive and a plate with a selection for rotating the tongue around its axis freely and with the help of a cable, mounting holes and a groove for attaching the cable sheath, an insert is made in the tongue, and the cable has a clutch with a return spring and is located on the plate along its wall and connects it with electric drive through an adjusting threaded sleeve. The electric drive consists of a housing with an electric motor with a worm gear located in it, connected through a clutch gear to an intermediate gear, with a gear rack located in the housing with holes for fastening and shifting the cable, as well as a spring. The gear rack tightening spring, travel stop screw and control board with control and clutch release contacts are fixed on the housing. In the electric drive there is a lifting clutch of the free rotation of the clutch gear. Start and restart sensors may be located on the clutch and/or plate and/or motor, and the magnet may be located on the cable retainer and/or tongue and/or rack.

EFFECT: increased reliability of device operation by eliminating jamming of device elements.
