FIELD: motor industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the automotive industry, or more precisely to the additional equipment installed directly on the car. Car door finisher includes working part (15) and drive housing (7), (Fig. 4). Working part of the car door finisher is made in the form of plate (1) with a thickness of at least 6 mm. It has an actuator in the form of movable tongue (2). Movable tongue (2) is made of duralumin with a thickness of at least 4 mm and has technological slots (10) for securing and operating the cable (9). Tongue (2) is connected to drive housing (7) by means of galvanized cable (9) with a diameter of at least 1.6 mm. Drive housing (7) comprises drive gear (14), a driven gear of reduction gear (4) to which cable (9) is attached from the working part, directly from tongue (2). Driven gear (4) is made of duralumin with a thickness of at least 6 mm, has slots for securing and operating cable (10). Also in the body of mechanism drive (7) is the control unit of finisher (6). For the operation of drive (7), electric motor (3) of +12 V DC is used. If the car door is not closed, sensor (8) located on plate (1) fixes the presence of the metal of the standard locking bracket (13) and gives signal to control unit (6), which in the waiting mode 25 m sec interrogates sensor (8). After a stable signal fixation of 20 m⋅sec with control unit (6), electric motor (3) is switched on with 70 % power (70 % is the optimum value of the power consumption of current and rpm for smooth pulling the door, but these parameters, if necessary, can be changed by means of pc) and overclocking 60 m⋅sec to full power "for smooth closing". Motor (3), rotating driven gear (4) (using an intermediate worm gearbox (not specified) and drive gear (14)) pulls cable (9), which pulls actuator (2). Tab (2) starts to rotate, thereby acting on standard locking bracket (13) and pulling the car door into the opening, allowing the staff lock (not specified) to snap to the end. After the door is completely closed, the engine of mechanism (3) starts to rotate in the opposite direction to its original position, thereby freeing the eye of staff lock (11) from the actuator, and facilitating the unhindered opening of the door.
EFFECT: car door finisher is proposed.
