SUBSTANCE: apparatus for delivering material comprises: a material delivery groove with a movement track; a material delivery and transfer assembly containing: a closed circuit; movement units located in the circuit at intervals, wherein the movement units are configured to be set to motion by the circuit to move in the movement track along the material delivery direction, and each movement unit is equipped with a lower surface near the material delivery groove, an upper surface opposite to the lower surface, and side surfaces extending between the upper surface and the lower surface; a ribbon-shaped carrier part made of an elastic material, connected with the upper surfaces and/or side surfaces of two adjacent movement units; and a drive apparatus configured to put the circuit to rotation in a circle relative to the material delivery groove along the material delivery direction.
